Terms of Service
This agreement is entered into between you and Guangdong Juli Hardware Machinery Co., Ltd. ("we") regarding the use of the Julinee websites (julinee.com, wz.junaili.com) and the "Julinee" app (collectively, the "Platform"). Registering, logging in or using the Platform means that you have read and agreed to this agreement.
1. Services
The Platform is a self-operated online store for industrial components (idler wheels, timing pulleys, guide shafts, rubber-coated rollers, rubber-coated bearings, etc.), offering product browsing, online ordering, online payment (Alipay, WeChat Pay), bank transfer, and order & logistics tracking.
2. Account
- You shall register with a genuine and valid mobile number and keep your password safe. Losses caused by your voluntary disclosure of the password shall be borne by you.
- You may cancel your account at any time under "My Orders → Account Settings"; cancellation rules are set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. Products, Prices & Orders
- Prices shown on pages are ex-works base tier prices (exclusive of tax and freight). After submission, an order enters "Pending Confirmation" status — the final price and lead time are subject to customer service confirmation; payment is made only after such confirmation.
- Custom-machined products are manufactured according to the drawings and specifications confirmed by both parties.
- You may cancel an order yourself while it is "Pending Confirmation"; cancellation and refund of a paid order shall be handled via customer service.
4. Payment
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay (online cashier) and corporate bank transfer. Order amounts are calculated server-side based on the product price list and quantities; any price tampered with on the front-end page is invalid under all circumstances.
5. Delivery & Logistics
Orders are shipped by the agreed logistics method; after dispatch you can track the shipment under "My Orders". Freight for international orders is quoted separately by customer service at order confirmation.
6. Acceptance, Returns & Exchanges
- Standard products: within 7 days of receipt, unused and resalable products may be returned or exchanged upon application.
- Custom-machined parts: no return or exchange except for quality issues; quality claims shall be raised within 15 days of receipt with supporting evidence. Where our responsibility is confirmed, we will replace, exchange or repair the products.
7. Intellectual Property
The page design, product drawings, images and trademarks (Julinee®) of the Platform are owned by us and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not use the Platform for any illegal or non-compliant activity, shall not attack, scan or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, and shall not scrape Platform data in bulk.
9. Disclaimer
For losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party payment or logistics providers, we assume no liability to the extent permitted by law, but will actively assist in resolving the issue.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of our company.
