Guangdong Juli Hardware Machinery Co., Ltd. ("we") operates the Julinee websites (julinee.com, wz.junaili.com) and the "Julinee" app (collectively, the "Platform"). We understand the importance of your personal information and will collect, use, store and protect it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations. Please read and understand this policy carefully before using the Platform.
1. Personal Information We Collect
- Account information: mobile number, login password (stored encrypted; we cannot view the plaintext), name, and company name.
- Transaction information: consignee name, contact phone number, shipping address, preferred shipping method, invoice details (invoice type, title, tax ID, registered address and phone, bank name and account number), and order remarks.
- Usage information: cart contents (kept via cookies or a browser session identifier; guest identifiers are valid for 30 days) and necessary server access logs.
- Device information: the "Julinee" app only requests network access permissions (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE). It does NOT collect device identifiers (IMEI/IMSI/Android ID/OAID), does not access contacts, photo gallery, location, microphone, camera or other sensitive permissions, and does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising or push-notification SDKs.
2. Purpose of Use
We use the above information only for: order confirmation and fulfilment, online payment, logistics delivery and tracking, after-sales service and customer support, invoicing, and order/shipping notifications.
3. Information Provided to Third Parties
Only to the minimum extent necessary to complete a transaction, we provide information to the following third parties:
- Payment providers: Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. (WeChat Pay) — order number and payable amount, for payment collection.
- Logistics tracking: Kuaidi100 (Shenzhen Qianhai Disifang Information Technology) — tracking number, for querying and displaying shipment status.
- Customer service & notifications: WeCom (Tencent) online customer service; Alibaba Cloud SMS — mobile number, for order/shipping notifications (once activated).
Except as described above or otherwise required by law, we do not share, transfer or sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Storage & Security
Your information is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers in Hong Kong and on the company's local servers. We apply security measures including encrypted password storage, key-managed backend access, firewalls and intrusion protection, and daily backups. Transaction records are retained for no less than three years from completion of the transaction, as required by the E-Commerce Law.
5. Your Rights
- Access & correction: shipping and invoicing details saved from a successful order are auto-filled next time; you may edit them directly on the checkout page or contact customer service to correct them.
- Deletion: you may contact us to delete specific information.
- Account cancellation: after logging in, go to "My Orders → Account Settings → Cancel Account"; it takes effect immediately upon password verification. After cancellation: the account can no longer be used and the mobile number may be re-registered; your registration, shipping and invoicing data will be deleted or anonymised; completed transaction records are retained as required by law but are no longer linked to an identifiable individual.
6. Use of Cookies
We use cookies only to maintain login state and cart sessions, never for advertising tracking. You may clear cookies in your browser settings; doing so will empty your cart.
7. Protection of Minors
The Platform serves business procurement users and is not intended for children under 14.
8. Updates to This Policy
Updates to this policy will be published on this page; material changes will be announced via an on-site notice. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
